Machine working Process and details view 20230310
1.one stacking of Printed PET,APET ,PVC Rigid box material ,the thickness from 0.18-0.6 mm .The former process like ,roll to sheet cutting ,than sheet printing. the next is box shape crease and die cut.
2.Three-factory: the printing ,the mold, the box design. it can be 6 box design in one mold .Toden TD-850AR Machine use two separate mold ,one is for soft line crease ,another is for box outside die cut.
3. one whole feeding system ,Automatic Feeding Rigid PET sheet from the stacking.
4. The Gripper basr catch each pieces of sheet on time ,and transmit to each working head.
5.The control panel display working temperature ,working speed ,pressure ,output frequency and indicator lamp .and User also can get production information from the PLC ,like quantity of one order ,time setting ,total quantity and so on.
6.Machine has two seperate working head ,one is for plastic box line crease ,another is for box outside die cut.
7.Automatic catch the finished box sheet ,and Automatic stacking .
