Plastic roll automatic die cut box machine with sheet cutting:
1. PVC PET roll material loading ,Roll paper core ID is 74 mm, max weight is about 100kg .two roll loading for continues working .
2. Heating Cylinder function is flatten the material .it is suitable for PVC PET material , 0.18-0.6 mm thickness.
3. Putting Protection film ,one side putting protection film ,Using PE Film in case of Scratch.
4. Die cutting table size:850*700 mm. mold install at the up board.
5.Using the normal wooden die ,machine with fast mold changing device ,Reduce the production time.
6. Machine with the high frequency system and hydraulic system,60 Ton pressure to make the plastic boxes line soft ,easy folding ,no break.
7. it can be different boxes design , just change the mold ,normal wooden mold.(Toden can supply the mold making ,Customer just need offer DWG form box design)
