APET clear rigid film roll to sheet cutting machine details Process:

1. Mother-roll suitable for PVC APET clear roll.50KG in one roll and 3 inch core .it also can be customed ,like 6 inch with air shaft .

2. The first function is flatten the material ,machine applicate the oil heating for flatten function ,Four oil heating tube ,electric tube use for increase the heating temperature,the hydraulic oil will keep the temperature for long time using ,and Reduce the electric consuming.

3.PE film holder :Some products or some box Maker also need putting PE film ont the boxes surface. the PE lamination is on the sheeting process. PE film is protecting the boxes from scratch during transporation or carrying.

6. Up and Down static dealing: there are some static during sheet runing .machine has one tube for dealing static.

7. Automatic stacking:the old design is board receipt the cuted sheet .and now ,the newly design is stacking the sheet once cut ,and Sheet tray will automatic fall down by sensor the stacking height.it only need operate carry out the sheet in stacking form.it is good for deposit and using on automatic machine.

8.Cutting blade:2 -3 years life.it can be re-machining .Considering later high air shipping cost ,we suggest customer buy one more set for spare parts.
